By accessing or using Purtaste (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Purtaste is a photo-verified food review and ranking platform that allows users to discover, review, and rank dishes at restaurants and food establishments worldwide.

3. User Accounts

• You must be 13 years or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not create accounts for others without their permission.

4. User Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content (“User Content”) to the Service, you:

• Confirm that you own or have the right to share the content.
• Grant Purtaste a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content on the Service.
• Agree that your reviews reflect your genuine, first-hand experience.
• Agree not to submit false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post fake, incentivised, or otherwise dishonest reviews.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the Service without permission.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Subscription & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription, processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hello@purtaste.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and software (excluding User Content) is owned by Purtaste and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted reviews or the availability of the Service at any given time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purtaste shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
